This week is again all about the contributors that make our project possible. In the image above we show the full map of the locations of all of our participating observatories – as far as we are aware of them. If you are contributing to the project and your observatory is missing, please get in touch 🙂

As one can see we are now covering about half the longitude range available, but are still lacking any observatories in Asia. These are essential for a 24hr coverage of our targets. If you have an observatory that can fill this longitude gap – why not join our project.

A few numbers to finish the week: There are now 141 unique users that have contributed data to the project. In total they have used unique 300 ‘devices’ – telescope/detector combinations. We have now gathered over 170,000 images (there is a backlog of 1,200 waiting to be processed), in which we have made over 540 million brightness measurements of stars. We have published 14 refereed journal articles with the data so far. Two more in the advanced stage of writing up, one has started, and there are a few more in the planning / data analysis stage. Stay tuned.
